Downs Benefice House Groups

A key focus of the Downs Benefice vision is to make and grow disciples (followers of Jesus). One way we are doing this is through House Groups.

What Are House Groups?

House Groups are small groups of people, meeting regularly in someone’s home, to share experiences, study God’s Word, and consider how to apply it in their daily life.

Why Should I Join A House Group?

Being part of a House Group enables you to ask questions about faith, and to learn from the Bible. And from others. You’ll make new friends who will walk with you through life’s ups and downs.

There’s also coffee!

I Don’t Think I Know Enough About The Bible.

Don’t worry – House Groups are safe spaces where we can learn together. No prior knowledge required!

How Do I Join A House Group?

There are currently a number of House Groups meeting around the Benefice. If you would like to find out more, please contact the one whose timing and/or location suits you best or contact the Benefice Office on 0192 880 845 or office@downsbenefice.org.uk

You are guaranteed a warm welcome!
